We hereby certify that your STONE ETERNAL � Memorial, supplied exclusively to Authorized Rock of Ages Retailers, is made of a good memorial grade of granite quarried and manufactured for its natural color and beauty from selected quarries. We further certify that your STONE ETERNAL � Memorial has been inspected and approved and is free of defects in workmanship.

THE UNDERSIGNED WILL REPLACE ANY GRANITE PORTION OF YOUR STONE ETERNAL � MEMORIAL SHOULD THAT PORTION CRACK OR DISINTEGRATE, VERIFIABLE BY OUR FIELD INSPECTORS.

In the event of a defect in the warranted memorial, a claim must be made in writing and mailed to Customer Service Department, Rock of Ages Corporation, P.O. Box 1140, Graniteville, Vermont 05654. This warranty in no way authorizes the party seeking warranty coverage to incur any expense toward repair or replacement costs without our prior written consent.

We further warrant that any replacement will be of a comparable grade of granite as nearly identical as possible to the original.

We are not responsible under any circumstances for any damage to or staining of the memorial resulting from acts or omissions of any kind by another party. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we are not responsible for vandalism, theft, war, flood or other acts of God, environmental or atmospheric conditions, or the act or omission of any party including the purchaser. It is assumed reasonable maintenance and cleaning will be performed on this memorial.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser and the purchaser's heirs or assignees. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

AS VISUAL EVIDENCE OF THIS WARRANTY, THE STONE ETERNAL � SEAL HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY ETCHED ON THE MEMORIAL. ONLY MEMORIALS BEARING THIS TRADEMARK SEAL ARE GENUINE STONE ETERNAL � MEMORIALS.

Stone Eternal � is a registered trademark in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office under Registration Nos. 352,207 and 352,208. We disclaim any and all responsibility for any memorial not bearing this genuine Trademark Seal applied by us or for any certificates, guarantees or warranties which are not signed by an authorized officer.

This warranty does not include vases of any material, porcelain photos, or lithochrome paint in letters or carvings.
